Fleet is currently under development, the information provided is subject to change as it evolves to fit the development needs. We talk about all that will be developed at some point although not everything will be available on the MVP version, so it's essential to check the roadmap to find out the different stages.

SMCW

SMCW is a utility token which acts as the backbone the Space Misfits ecosystem. Players can use SMCW to purchase CROWN, the premium in game currency.

Players can also stake their SMCW for rewards. Currently there are staking pools with SMCW and NFT rewards. In the future there will be more staking/pledging opportunities which will yield in-game benefits such as increased resource production rather than inflationary rewards. You will be able to pledge your SMCW through the Pledge pool and activate your Olympus Syndicate Membership NFT in order to participate for bigger weekly leaderboard rewards.

CROWN

CROWN is the premium in-game currency and it is required to mint NFTs from in-game items and can also be used to speed up gameplay via instant forging and repair. It can also be used to refresh the player's available missions in hopes of receiving an easier or more beneficial option. You can purchase CROWN with SMCW using the CROWN shop.

BITS

BITS is the soft currency used in both "Space Misfits - Fleet" and "Space Misfits - Mayhem". Players earn and spend BITS in all aspects of both games. It represents proof of work and is non-transferrable.

Olympus Syndicate Credits

Olympus Syndicate Credits (OS Credits) are a non-transferable currency item which is spent in the Syndicate Vault. Players will earn OS Credits from Aurum Expeditions as well as other mission types in the future. In the Syndicate Vault players can spend their OS Credits on NFTs, Cosmetics, and Consumables to be used in both Fleet and Space Misfits - Mayhem. Many items purchased in the Vault are tradable on the blockchain marketplace making OS Credits an avenue for all player to Play and Earn.
