# The Forge

At the Forge, you can craft the different items to use at Space Misfits.\
\
To interact with the forge, stay close and press "F" key to open it.\
\
You'll find some panels available to you:

* Starting on the left, you can filter the forge to find an specific item.
* At the middle area you can choose the item you want to craft, you can click on it to check out the requirements, some of this items need a special [Blockchain NFT Blueprint](https://space-misfits.gitbook.io/guides/first-steps/the-forge/blueprints) ownership or a [OTU (One Time Use) blueprint](https://space-misfits.gitbook.io/guides/first-steps/the-forge/blueprints) in order to be able to craft it.\
  A greyed out item will appear if you don't have the required blueprint to craft.
* At the right area, you'll see the Process of the item you're forging (time until complete) and the Pickup panel to send the crafted items to your inventory (at the [hangar](https://space-misfits.gitbook.io/guides/first-steps/the-hangar)). \

Apart from the blueprints, you can also use [Telemetry](https://space-misfits.gitbook.io/guides/first-steps/the-forge/telemetry), to increase the stats of the crafted ship, this stats will be random and more powerful depending on how much Telemetry you own.

1. Select the item you want to craft.\

2. Check if you meet the requirements.
3. Click the "Go Ahead" button and then "Ok" button.\

   The item will go to the processing queue until finished.\

4. After it's been processed, you'll see the item at the "Pick Up" panel. Select the item you want to pick up.\
