After you link your Space Misfits account using your Altura Guard Authorization Code, Space Misfits will detect your NFT assets such as Syndicate Membership, Commanders and other collectibles like Mayhem Skins.

If you're experiencing issues with connecting your Enjin Wallet to our Player Marketplace due to WalletConnect malfunctions, we suggest exploring alternate options in the meantime until the issue is resolved. One alternative is to import your wallet into MetaMask and utilize it to connect to the Player Marketplace or Altura. However, you should be aware that MetaMask won't allow you to view all of your BNB NFTs as it is not compatible to let you see them yet. Another possible solution is to use TrustWallet instead. After importing your wallet into TrustWallet (fully compatible with BNB NFTs), you can connect it to our Player Marketplace or Altura using WalletConnect which does work. While this option may require a bit more effort, it should provide a functional alternative until the WalletConnect issue in Enjin Wallet is resolved.

Please connect your crypto wallet containing your Space Misfit NFT assets to our platform. Once linked, we will detect them automatically.

Altura is our wallet connection provider that will allow you to connect your wallet into Space Misfits and Space Misfits Marketplace to interact with both Fleet's NFT Gateway & Marketplace. You can register using any previous wallet you already own or create a new one, even via social media if you are not familiar with blockchain technology.

Sign in/up to Altura

To sign in/up in Space Misfits Marketplace, we'll be using MetaMask as an example. If you plan on linking your Space Misfit NFT assets that you already own, please sign up with the wallet where you currently hold those assets. This will enable the game to detect your collectibles automatically during the next step of the linking process. Additionally, there are multiple alternative methods available to register, such as using WalletConnect to connect with various mobile or desktop applications that support it or social login which will create a brand new wallet that you can later on claim its ownership (perfect option for blockchain beginners).

This guide explains the process of creating an account on Altura, which is similar to logging in without the verification step. If you have already verified your account, you can skip this step. Start by accessing Space Misfits Marketplace website here: https://marketplace.spacemisfits.com Then click on the "Connect Wallet" button, and then select "MetaMask".

Sign the MetaMask login prompt (if you are using WalletConnect it will appear in your app instead), notice that the MetaMask extension will have unread notifications, if not, you can click the "sign" button again.

Read the ToS and accept the welcome message. Click at the "top right image" representing your profile picture and then click the "profile" button.

Find the profile settings "gear icon" and click it to access your account settings. Insert your email in the email form field and then click "Update Profile", you will receive an activation email to verify your account and you will be able to start using Altura services. You can also change other account info if you wish.

Check your Inbox SPAM Folder in case the verification email landed there, if you don't receive it on time, clcik on "resend" button. You can login any time to altura repeating the same process without the need to verify your account.

Link your Wallet (Altura Guard)

Altura Guard is the technology that will allow you to link your wallet with Space Misfits account in Fleet, which will enable Fleet to recognize your NFT & FT collectible assets

Linking Altura Guard

After you register an account in Altura or login to Altura, you can use Altura Guard code to link your account to Fleet, remember that the account you link to Fleet should be the one where you hold your collectible NFTs in order for Fleet to detect them and also where you will receive your event/leaderboard rewards, you can always unlink it and link another wallet as well. Once you have registered an account on Altura or logged into your existing account, you can connect your Altura Guard code to Fleet. It is essential to link the account where you hold your collectible NFTs because this will enable Fleet to identify them in-game. Additionally, rewards earned through events or the weekly leaderboard will be sent to the linked account. You have the ability to unlink and relink a different wallet.

At the same time, access Fleet settings page as you will need to copy the Authorization Code from Altura to Fleet Guides

Copy your Altura Authorization Code from your Altura Guard interface, notice there is a timer, if you run out of time, simply wait for a new code and copy the new one instead, you have a few seconds to copy the code to Fleet Settings page.

Paste the code on your Fleet Settings Page and click "Link Altura Wallet" button

Now your Altura wallet will show up as "Linked"

You can check if the linking process is active by going to your Altura Guard settings and clicking on the "Connections" tab, then "refresh" and then see your Active Connections. Congratulations, you have now linked your wallet to Space Misfits!

Unlinking Altura Guard

To Unlink your wallet, log in to Altura with the wallet you want to unlink and find the "Connections" tab in your Altura Guard settings panel. Click "refresh" and find the Active Connection that you wish to unlink and click on the "Revoke" button. Your Fleet account settings will now show Altura Wallet "Unlinked"

WalletConnect not Working

Sometimes, when utilizing a mobile phone cryptocurrency wallet such as Enjin Wallet, its WalletConnect feature may not be functioning properly. In such cases, here is an example explanation on how to import your Enjin wallet to MetaMask.

Before starting any process, you would want to have backups of all your Seed Phrases and MetaMask private keys stored in a secure location. The most secure option would be writing them down on paper (if not engraving them onto a titanium bar kept somewhere safe), as storing them digitally can be risky due to potential exposure to malware or other vulnerabilities present in certain computers. Note that adding it to MetaMask even by inserting the seed phrase by manually copying from the paper it could expose it if you connect to malicious dApps or your computer is infected with virus or malware that focus into extracting MetaMask keys. The most secure setup would be connecting to MetaMask through a hardware wallet or using WalletConnect. Note that, Imported accounts to your MetaMask are those imported into your wallet using a private key string or JSON file. They are not derived from your MetaMask Secret Recovery Phrase (seed phrase). Always ensure to back up both your MetaMask seed phrase and the private key associated with each imported address.

Each web browser installed on your computer can hold a separate MetaMask installation. For the following procedure, you might want to contemplate this scenario in case you don't wish to alter or interfere with your current setup, skip it if not. Each installed browser on your PC can have an individual MetaMask installation separate from the other browsers, for example Firefox browser could have one MetaMask installation with a specific setup and Chrome browser could have another. Given that you might utilize your currently installed MetaMask wallet for diverse tasks (likely), just in case, and you may want to avoid uninstalling MetaMask. Installing another browser on your PC for an additional MetaMask setup could work for you. When installing MetaMask from scratch, it presents several options, including inputting your existing seed phrase. Normally, one asks MetaMask to generate a new wallet from scratch unless you already have a seed phrase that you wish to use. If you opt to have MetaMask generate a wallet for you, then afterward, you can only import "private keys." Enjin Wallet only allows you to export (backup) your seed phrase, not specific addresses ("private keys"). MetaMask does allow you to export private keys of each of your addresses. So if you have a backup of your Enjin Wallet secret recovery key (seed phrase) you may want to uninstall the current MetaMask extension you have and install it again to be able to install it from scratch with your Enjin Wallet seed phrase, or simply use a different browser to install MetaMask and keep the one you already have intact and installed. Advanced / additional info: You can also choose to export the private key that is in your current MetaMask address (through MetaMask private key backup process), then import that private key again after you uninstall and install MetaMask from scratch using your Enjin Wallet exported seed phrase during the initial setup instead, or you can even install from scratch MetaMask with using your Enjin Wallet seed phrase, then export the specific wallet private key, and that way you would have the private key belonging to the address of your specific Enjin Wallet address. Enjin Wallet specific: another point worth noting about Enjin Legacy Wallets (in case you run into more issues when importing your seed phrase from Enjin to MetaMask and you can see the same address as shown in your Enjin Wallet) is that they have an additional challenge involving finding the derivation path.
