# Sign IN/UP

Just a reminder, your Rogue 1.0 account will be available during the official release, if you had an account when playing 1.0, you can use it, please do not use your testing account since it will not work.

Space Misfits Launcher will permit you to play both Mayhem and Fleet while ensuring they stay updated. You may occasionally need to install the latest updates for Mayhem when prompted. Your Space Misfits account will grant you access to Fleet and Mayhem titles. This means you can seamlessly transition between these games using a single login credential. Additionally, your account serves as your gateway to the Space Misfits website's CROWN Shop. You don't need to create multiple accounts.

To register a new account in Fleet, you can do it through the Sign In/Up form or through the Launcher, in this guide we will be covering how to use the Sign In/Up form, if you prefer to download our game launcher, use this guide.
Go to the registration page by [clicking here](https://fleet.spacemisfits.com/register).
Fill in the requested fields with your desired username, email address, and create a strong password. Be sure to read and agree to our terms of service before continuing.
Once you've filled out all the necessary information, click the "Sign up" button to proceed with the registration process.
If you have already created an account with us in the past, you can sign in normally by providing your account details on the [login page](https://fleet.spacemisfits.com/sign-in).

You will receive an email to the email address that you provided. \
If you suspect that you have not received our activation email, we recommend checking your spam folder first. Sometimes important emails can end up in this folder due to your email settings or the sender's address being unfamiliar. If you do not find our email in your spam folder, you can click the "Resend Activation Link" button below to request a new activation link be sent to your email address. If you continue to have issues receiving our emails, please reach out to our [Discord Support](https://discord.gg/spacemisfits) team for further assistance. We're here to help!\

Once you receive the activation email, you'll need to click on the "Confirmation link" button within it to confirm your email address and finalize your account setup. This step is critical to ensure the security of your account and prevent unauthorized access.
Once you have successfully clicked the confirmation link within our activation email, you'll be automatically redirected to a confirmation page. Here, you will see a message confirming that your account has been activated, which means that it is now ready for use! At this point, you can click on the "Return to Sign In" button to log in with your newly verified account.\

Great news! You have successfully created your new account and can now sign in.\

To download the launcher, [click here](https://storage.googleapis.com/spacemisfits/spacemisfits.exe), or go to the Space Misfits website [download page](https://spacemisfits.com/download/).
Once you have downloaded the "spacemisfits.exe" file, locate it on your computer and double-click on it to begin the installation process. You may see a warning message asking if you want to allow the program to make changes to your computer. Click "Yes" or "Run" depending on the operating system you're using.
During the installation process, you will be prompted to specify a folder for the software. Select a location that is convenient for you, such as your desktop or a specific directory on your hard drive. This will help you easily locate the program in the future.\

Next, click the "Install" button located near the bottom of the installation window. This will launch the setup wizard, which will guide you through the installation process.\

Once the installation is complete, you'll see a confirmation message informing you that the installation was successful. If you selected the option to run Space Misfits during the installation process, the launcher should automatically open and you'll be able to start playing the game after installing it and updating it. Otherwise, you can find the program in your Start menu or desktop shortcut (depending on where you installed it). Just click on the icon to launch the game!\

In order to Sign In/Up through the launcher, navigate to the installation folder where the game is stored on your computer. Locate and double-click on the launcher.exe file to launch the game's launcher. If you already have the launcher open, proceed to the next step.\

If you already have a Space Misfits account, you can easily log in by clicking on the Log In tab located within the launcher. Simply enter your account credentials and click "Log In" to access your game profile.\
\
However, if you are new to the game and do not yet have an account, head over to the Sign Up tab. Here, you will be prompted to provide some basic information such as your email address, username, password. Once you have filled in all the required fields, click the "Create Account" button to complete the registration process.
After completing these simple steps, you'll be ready to Log In.\

At present, when accessing Fleet through the Space Misfits launcher, you may encounter a temporary inconvenience and be required to sign in twice. This is a necessary step while we are integrating our full sign-in system. Rest assured that this issue will be resolved soon, and you will be able to access Fleet with just a single sign-in in the future!\

Select Fleet on the left menu and click the "PLAY" button.\
