If you require assistance, we offer support through our private ticketing system in our Discord community. Alternatively, you can send a direct message to one of our administrators via Telegram. To open a ticket with us, simply leave your issue at the #support-tickets channel within our Discord community.

As a reminder, our administrators will not initiate contact with you via a private message on either Discord or Telegram unless you have previously contacted us through one of these channels. If you receive an unsolicited private message claiming to be from one of our admins, please do not respond and instead reach out to us through the official support channels listed above. Go to discord.com and create an account (or sign in if you already have one) Click on the "open-ticket" Discord community channel Then click on "Open Ticket" One of our admins will be in contact with you as soon as possible to assist you. Remember to always provide us with as much detail about your issue as possible, including any error messages or screenshots, in order to expedite resolution. Our support team is available during regular business hours and will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.
